It has been a few weeks since I blogged, sorry about that, I was recuperating from last semester. I have spent this break reading a lot, and spending time with my kids. The new semester begins this week, I have my books and I am ready to go! Actually, one of the books I already had from another LIS class, so that's nice. I'm looking forward to this class, hopefully I can get through this one with less stress than the last one!
I am also excited to read everyone's blogs and find out what you're all up to lately.
On an unrelated note - I have noticed the gas prices are rising again - what did I tell you!?!?
I knew it was a conspiracy - lower the prices so everyone will buy loads of holiday presents, and as soon as the new year comes, jack 'em back up again! Don't say I didn't warn you - you heard it here first!

Hey Anne,
No apologies necessary! :-) You were simply enjoying your holiday break. Every student should take time to recoop and relax after each semester so you can feel refreshed upon your return back to school. Please, do not feel bad for claiming your 'me' time. I'm glad, though that you're back and ready to take on the challenges of a new semester.
And on that unrelated note.....yea, I'd have to honestly say, you forewarned us, which I knew it already since my honey and I discuss this almost every year, but you really made some great points about the 'Christmas conspiracy'. See, what it is is that those idiots who run our government and who are in charge of our oil/gas distribution want us to believe that they can't regulate its uses or keep the prices low enough for it to be and remain affordable for us common folk. They think we're stupid, but I've got news for them. We know what's up, right?!?! You definitely preached nothing shy of the truth, so I can say...you told us so, lol!

I'm still of the belief that gas was too cheap for a while there so I'm okay with where the price is now. I don't know if the low prices were a sign of deflation but that can be a bad thing too.
